Thank you to Nicole at Cars 4 Less, who is highly proficient and experienced in her role. After contacting her about the vehicle, she was able to answer all questions and also ensured the vehicle was prepared for later the week, enabling myself to drive away with the vehicle the same day.

The car was also in exceptional condition, clean all the way throughout, from the cabin to the rear boot and underfloor storage.

Nicole was also able to run through all the paperwork, admin and also complete car finance agreements whilst at the dealership, ensuring everything was in place to drive away. Overall a friendly and seamless experience. Thank you.

I have recently purchased a car from Cars 4 Less, a Kia Sportage. After 5 weeks the car started jumping out of second gear. I got in touch with the garage, and they advised me to have the car taken to a Kia Dealership, due to it having Kia warranty. The garage arranged the booking into Kia main dealer in Loughborough, as no other Kia garage could get me booked in for quite a while. They also took my car on a pick up truck to Kia in Loughborough. They lent me a courtesy's car, so I could still get to work etc. Kia found out what the problem was, second gear synchro fault, said they would get it fixed, as the problem was under warranty. They also identified it needed a new clutch, which wasn’t covered under warranty. Cars 4 Less said they would pay for my new clutch. Six weeks on and my car was still sat in the workshop at Kia in Loughborough, waiting for authorisation to get my second gear synchro replaced. Cars 4 Less went above and beyond, got in touch with Kia in Loughborough, chasing what was happening. They made the decision to pick up the gear box, get the second gear synchro fixed themselves, drop the gearbox back off at Kia, for Kia to put the gear box back in, and also paid Kia to put in a brand new Kia clutch. If Cars 4 Less hadn’t been so proactive getting my car fixed, getting it back to me, and also footing the bill, I’d probably be waiting months to get my car back from Kia in Loughborough.

I would highly recommend anyone using Car 4 Less. Their customer service is impeccable. I will never go to any big main dealer garage again.

I will be back, when I’m ready to purchase another car.

Brought our first car from here today. Very pleased with the service no pushy sales, open and honest. I was really keen to take car there and then. They would not let it go without completing their checks but we’re happy for us to return a few hours later. Test drove alone which is lovely as I was so nervous driving a new car as it was without an extra human to keep safe. From viewing to driving home 4 hours you don't get that service anywhere. Thank you guys! Also hilariously locked ourselves in back of car, testing leg room (****** child locks) quick phone call and we were out in a jiffy. Purchased 12month warranty reasonably priced covers everything! Thank you cars for less!
